At Maple Uniques, we take pride not only in what we craft, but also in how it arrives to you. Each light fixture is carefully prepared for its journey, wrapped with the same attention that goes into its creation.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Every item is inspected, safely packaged, and dispatched with care. Orders placed over weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

If your order contains made-to-order or hand-assembled items, we may need a few extra days to ensure the highest quality. We’ll always keep you informed if delays occur.

• Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch

🚚 Expedited Shipping (if selected)
• Arrives in 3–7 business days depending on location

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to follow the path of your light as it makes its way to its new home.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to many regions. All duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you’re unsure about any import regulations. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth process.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery speed.

We occasionally run free shipping promotions on select products or regions—keep an eye out for those opportunities!


PACKAGING PROMISE

Our packaging is designed to keep your items safe without excessive waste. We use recyclable materials whenever possible and aim to minimize plastic.

Fragile items are double-wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed for durability. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll resolve it promptly.


MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your tracking number hasn’t updated in several days or your order seems delayed, feel free to reach out. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and provide updates. We don’t leave our lights—or our customers—in the dark.
